Privacy Policy

How Stumpwave, a Workforce Wave brand, collects, uses, and protects information.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of September 18, 2026, and explains how Stumpwave handles information submitted through our website and provided as part of a campaign engagement. This is general information, not legal advice.

Information We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, campaign or organization name, and the message you send us.

We do not automatically collect voter files, phone lists, or other campaign data. That data is only provided by clients directly, as part of an active campaign engagement.

How We Use It

We use the information collected through our contact form to respond to inquiries, schedule campaign demos, and provide the voice outreach and ringless voicemail services described on this site.

We may also use contact information to follow up about an active campaign, send account or billing communications, and improve our services.

Campaign Data and Voter Lists

When a client engages Stumpwave for a campaign, they provide the voter or contact lists, scripts, and campaign details needed to deliver that campaign. That data is processed solely to deliver the client's campaign: applying Do Not Call suppression, screening out landline and VoIP numbers, and scheduling delivery within quiet hours.

Campaign lists and voter data provided by a client are not sold, rented, or used for any purpose outside delivering that client's campaign.

Data Sharing

Stumpwave is a Workforce Wave brand, and campaign and contact data may be processed on Workforce Wave's shared voice AI and delivery platform in order to provide our services.

We share information with service subprocessors only as needed to deliver a campaign, such as telephony and delivery providers, and we do not sell contact or campaign data to third parties.

Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Opt-Out

Every Stumpwave campaign includes one-click opt-out handling with a full audit trail, so a contacted voter can opt out of future messages at any time.

You may also contact us directly to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to request that we delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep for legal or compliance purposes.

Contact Us

Questions about this Privacy Policy can be directed to us through our contact page, and a member of our team will respond within one business day.
