Is Stumpwave legal and TCPA compliant for political campaigns?
Stumpwave is built with TCPA-aware delivery as the default, not an add-on. Every send skips landlines and VoIP numbers, applies Do Not Call suppression, and respects time-zone-aware quiet hours. Clients attest to their consent source before a campaign launches, and that attestation is audit-logged. This is not legal advice: campaigns should confirm requirements with their own counsel before launch.
How fast can we launch a ringless voicemail drop?
Most campaigns go from an uploaded voter list to a live drop in about one day. Bring finished audio and a compliant contact list, and Stumpwave handles list screening, suppression, and scheduling so the drop can go out on the timeline your race demands.
Do you scrub landlines and Do Not Call numbers?
Yes. Every campaign list is screened before send. Landline and VoIP numbers are automatically skipped so only mobile numbers receive a drop, and Do Not Call suppression is applied per campaign before anything goes out.
Can we personalize messages by voter name and precinct?
Yes. Stumpwave supports merge fields such as first name, precinct, race, and issue, so a single script can address every voter on the list by name and reference their specific precinct or ballot item, in a voice recorded once.
What does Stumpwave cost for a campaign?
Stumpwave is usage-based: $0.75 per successful voicemail drop, and $0.75 per minute for inbound calls when voters call the campaign line back. You are billed only for drops that actually land, and undelivered drops are never charged. Outreach stays inbound and compliant, so there is no outbound robocall dialing to meter.
